Black Girl Film School
The mission of Black Girl Film School is to increase the number of Black women working in the film, tv, and media industries. Black Girl Film School creates inclusive learning experiences for girls 13-17 in filmmaking and education in technical skills from behind the camera.
We worked with Jayda Imanlihen, Founder of BGFS, to create a brand system that helps highlight the lack of representation of Black women in the media. We worked to showcase crucial data and put young Black women front and center.

"Imagine a film school where her stories are celebrated as early as elementary school. Where the faces on the screen look like hers. The instruction is led by women who show her what she can be In a classroom where every inquiry begins with what if?" - Jayda Imanlihen, Founder BGFS
